You may find that it is right up your alley. Stainless steel has long been trusted for being a highly durable material. However, some sets aren’t as good to buy because of the fact that they are stainless steel all the way through. Stainless steel is actually not the best heat conductor, and if you get cookware that is pure stainless steel all the way through you may get uneven cooking results. With the Cuisinart set there is actually an aluminum core, so you will be able to have all of the advantages of stainless steel while also getting even cooking results. Even though the Cuisinart set costs a little bit more, some say that it is worth it because it is so durable that you will never have to buy another cookware set.
Both of these sets are doing well in the cookware reviews, so it really just comes down to a matter of personal preference and which set will suit your cooking needs the best.
