MY QUESTION: What type of cookware could I buy that are both beautiful and long lasting?
Details: Im simple and clean. thats my style. I don’t want mix-matching pots and pans all over the place. Price could be an issue, but Im willing to pay for quality.
good quality, heavy stainless steel is the best option
try to avoid the non-stick pans as they just don’t have the longevity
for the slow Cooking and oven ware, try le creuset etc, enameled cast iron (there is a good range of colours). They are incredibly durable. I am still using the set that I was given on my 21st birthday and I am now (mumble under my breath) …years old.
don’t hurry with the purchases and when you have made a decision, shop around for the best price. it’s a bit like buying a car… you need to make a decision you can live with for a long time
