Hard Anodized Cookware

Hard-anodization is electro-chemical process as a result of which aluminum is frozen. Hard anodized cookware is heavier on 30% than tableware of stainless steel. As a result there is a chemical reaction which on the surface of aluminum plate in combination with oxygen makes aluminum oxide. This reaction is also known as oxidization, process which takes place in nature elementally.
