My wife and I have never owned any cookware that is higher in quality than that of the Anolon Nouvelle Copper 10 Piece Set. They provide even heating and have the greatest handles I have ever come into contact with. The handles are thick and can be held easily and the ends stay cool despite hard pan heating – you don’t need pot holders.
Everything cooks to perfection, boiling is rapid and cooking and heating is well-distributed. It is hard to do wrong with the Anolon Nouvelle Copper 10 Piece Cookware Set. The lids fit great which stop boiling over, locking in the steam. We hang our Anolon Nouvelle Copper collection in our kitchen, which makes the room look great.
Even when we tried to get some food stuck on the pans it still came off easily. The Dupont Autograph 2 coating is excellent and I am very impressed with it!
Although the price tag is a little steep and may put off the casual buyer, it should be remembered that you are paying for quality that will last. With 6 pans and 4 lids the set should be able to cater for most of people’s needs.

The Anolon Nouvelle Copper 10 Piece Set is the absolute best cookware I have ever owned! Stainless steel cannot compare to the superiority of this set. Everything about this set is just better. It looks great and performs well. The copper and aluminium pans distribute the heat perfectly and are heavy-duty. The non-stick works well. Handles are cool to touch and comfortable. This set also gives you 6 pots or pans with 4 interchangeable lids unlike the usual 5 and 5. I have nothing negative to rate or comment about this set. Yes the price is a bit more expensive, but this is not a negative – I believe you get what you pay for and I know I have a quality set of cookware. I believe that once you cook with this set you will never want to cook with the cheaper alternatives again!
